ESIS (European Standardised Information Sheet)
European Standardised Information Sheet (Europejski Standardowy Formularz Informacyjny) — a document in which the bank presents your individual loan offer in a uniform layout. It includes, among other things, the amount, RRSO, instalments, costs and early repayment rules.
The bank provides it before the agreement is concluded, so that offers from different banks can be compared in the same format. The form also contains information on the risk of interest rate changes and how this may affect your instalment.
