2. What we collect
- contact details: name, email address, phone number,
- what you enter into the calculators: income, liabilities, own funds, household size,
- documents you choose to keep in the document vault,
- technical and usage data (cookies, IP address, events in the service),
- the content of your correspondence with us.
3. Why, and on what basis
- to give you the tools — calculators, document vault, saved results: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of the service agreement),
- to contact you and pass your enquiry to our partner: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent),
- to send guides and market updates where you tick the separate box: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR,
- to measure and improve the service: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest),
- to meet legal obligations, including tax and accounting: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Lendean does not provide mortgage advisory services and is neither a credit intermediary nor an agent.
4. Who receives the data
- NOTUS Finanse S.A. — a mortgage credit intermediary entered in the KNF register of credit intermediaries under RPH000030; we pass your contact details and enquiry where you consent,
- hosting, email and analytics providers, as processors under data processing agreements,
- authorities entitled to the data under the law.
We do not sell data and do not share it with third parties for their marketing.
5. Transfers outside the EEA
As a rule the data stays within the European Economic Area. Where a tool provider processes data outside the EEA, it is done under an adequacy decision of the European Commission or standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep it
- account data and saved results — until the account is deleted,
- enquiry data — up to 12 months from the last contact, or until consent is withdrawn,
- billing data — for the period required by tax law,
- data processed on marketing consent — until that consent is withdrawn.
7. Automated calculations
The calculators work out your borrowing capacity and DSTI ratio automatically and show an indicative result. It is information, not a bank decision: it does not determine whether credit is granted and produces no legal effect for you. Only the bank decides, after assessing an application. You may ask us how the calculation works.
8. Your rights
- access to your data and a copy of it,
- rectification of inaccurate data,
- erasure,
- restriction of processing,
- portability,
- objection to processing based on legitimate interest,
- withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before,
- a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
9. Is it voluntary
Providing data is voluntary. Without contact details we cannot pass an enquiry to the partner, and without financial figures the calculators cannot compute a result — otherwise the service can be used without giving data.
