Terms of electronic services

§ 1. Who provides the service

• The provider is REALTY.TM GROUP sp. z o.o., ul. Bpa Albina Małysiaka 26/15, 30-389 Kraków, KRS 0001219891, NIP 6762711607, REGON 543832177.
• Contact: :email.
• Service — the pages and tools available at lendean.com.
• User — a person using the Service.

§ 2. What we provide

• calculators: borrowing capacity, instalment, purchase costs, rent-or-buy, overpayment — available without registration,
• a user account: saved results, favourites, the purchase checklist,
• a document vault: storing your files with access control,
• passing your contact to our partner — NOTUS Finanse S.A., a mortgage credit intermediary in the KNF register under RPH000030 — on separate consent,
• notifications and guides — on separate consent.

The provider does not give mortgage advice, is neither a credit intermediary nor an agent, and does not submit credit applications on the User's behalf.

§ 3. What you need to use it

• a device with internet access and a current browser,
• JavaScript and cookies enabled,
• a working email address for anything requiring an account or contact.

§ 4. Starting and ending the agreement

• Use of the calculators begins when the page opens and ends when it is closed.
• The account agreement begins at registration and lasts until the account is deleted.
• You may delete the account at any time, from your profile or by writing to :email. Deletion is free.
• The provider may terminate with 14 days notice if the User breaches these terms, after first asking that the breach stop.

§ 5. What it costs

• Using the Service is free for the User.
• The partner we pass contacts to is paid by the bank granting the loan; the User pays nothing for it.

§ 6. What the results mean

• Calculator results are indicative and informational.
• They are not an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code, nor advice, nor a recommendation.
• Only the bank decides whether to grant credit and on what terms, after assessing an application.

§ 7. What is not allowed

• supplying unlawful content, including other people's personal data without a basis,
• interfering with the Service, including circumventing protections and bulk automated retrieval,
• placing files in the document vault that the User has no rights to.

§ 8. Complaints

• Complaints go to :email, with a description of the problem and an address for the reply.
• We answer within 14 days of receiving the complaint.
• No answer within that period means the complaint is upheld.

§ 9. Withdrawal

• A consumer may withdraw from the account agreement within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason — a statement to :email is enough.
• As the services are free, withdrawal involves no settlement.

§ 10. Personal data

How data is processed is described in the Privacy policy.

§ 11. Changes to these terms

• We announce changes in the Service and, for account holders, by email, 14 days before they take effect.
• A User who does not accept the changes may delete the account before they take effect.

§ 12. Governing law and disputes

• Polish law applies to matters not covered here.
• A consumer may use out-of-court complaint procedures, including the ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

The Polish version prevails.
