Information prospectus (prospekt informacyjny)
A document the developer must give you free of charge before a reservation or developer agreement is concluded. It describes the company, the project, the unit, the schedule and how payments are protected.
It consists of a general part and an individual part for the specific unit. It includes, among other things, information on the developer's previous projects, the legal status of the land, the building permit and planned developments in the area. If the developer agreement is inconsistent with it, the Act allows you, in specified cases, to withdraw from the agreement.
