Developer agreement (umowa deweloperska)

An agreement in which the developer undertakes to build the building and transfer ownership of the unit to you, and you undertake to pay the price. It is concluded in the form of a notarial deed.

The Developer Act sets out its mandatory content, including the price, the project schedule, the date of transfer of ownership, the type of escrow account and the conditions for withdrawing from the agreement. Payments go into a housing escrow account, not directly into the developer's account.
