Technical acceptance of a flat (odbiór techniczny mieszkania)

Inspecting a flat bought from a developer before ownership is transferred or the keys are handed over. A report (protokół) is drawn up from the inspection, in which you record the defects you have noticed.

The Developer Act sets the deadlines within which the developer must respond to reported defects and remove them. You can come to the acceptance with a specialist who will measure the floor area and check the walls, windows and installations.
