Notary's fee (taksa notarialna)
The notary's remuneration for drawing up a deed and other acts. The maximum rates are set by a regulation of the Minister of Justice and depend on the value of the subject of the agreement.
A notary may charge less than the maximum, so it is worth asking about the cost at several notary offices. VAT is added to the fee, and you pay separately for copies (wypisy) of the deed, taxes and court fees.
