POLSTR (Polish Short Term Rate)

Polish Short Term Rate — the new reference rate that is to replace WIBOR. It is based on actual transactions rather than on banks' declarations.

At the start of the reform WIRON was to be WIBOR's successor, but in the course of the work it was decided to switch to POLSTR. The reform timetable may change — up-to-date information is published by the National Working Group on benchmark reform (Narodowa Grupa Robocza) and by banks.
