Content in RealtyTM Learn is prepared by our editorial team in cooperation with experts. Our goal is reliable, up-to-date and clear information about the property market, mortgages and formalities.

Who writes and who verifies

Every article has an assigned author. Materials on law, taxes and mortgages undergo an additional factual review by a person with the relevant qualifications (e.g. a mortgage advisor or legal counsel). Only then does the article receive the “Verified” label.

How we choose sources

We base our data and rules on reliable sources: NBP, GUS, AMRON-SARFiN, BIK, KNF, the Ministry of Finance and legal acts published in ISAP. We date every figure and cite its source.

Updates and corrections

We review articles at least once every 12 months and after significant changes in the law. We change the “Updated” date only when the content changes substantively. We correct any errors we notice without delay.
