Bezpieczny Kredyt 2% (Safe Loan 2%)
A government programme of subsidies towards the instalments of a loan for a first home, launched in July 2023. Banks stopped accepting applications at the end of 2023 — it is no longer possible to join it today.
Loans granted under the programme still receive subsidies on the terms of the Act and the agreement, for a set period, after which the instalment is calculated without the subsidy. You can find information on current forms of support on the page about government programmes.
